"BCR's understanding of the needs of libraries coupled with the strength of their long-term relationships will allow Velocity to provide enhanced service offerings to the meet the needs of library systems coast to coast." "Users have high expectations regarding library services. They want materials delivered fast and to locations convenient for them," asserted Brenda Bailey-Hainer, BCR executive director. "Our agreement with Velocity will allow libraries to experiment with improvements in delivery services at prices that are highly competitive."
