Local Gmac Franchise Adds Two New Offices

GMAC Real Property Group expanded its presence in Central Florida with the addition of two new offices.

Maitland-based GMAC Real Property Group, which already has a satellite office in Cocoa Beach, just moved into new locations in MetroWest's Veranda Park and in Clermont.

The company also is looking to open a new location in Kissimmee, says COO Jason Weil.

The real estate brokerage firm, which launched in June, has nearly 80 agents and wants to acquire a real estate company or companies in Windermere and Clermont.
