Villa Enterprises Has Hired A Corporate Chef

Villa Enterprises, Franchisor of Multiple Restaurant Concepts that include Villa Pizza, Cozzoli's Pizzeria, and Everything Yogurt Brands has brought on David Rosen to get things cooking.

David Rosen, CEC, is a degreed Culinarian with over 30 years experience in the Food Service Industry. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, David has done Research & Development, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing and Contract Negotiation on a local, regional and national level. Culinary Arts, Unit Management and Multi Unit Management, Operations and Logistics, Compliance and Training are all represented in David's background with companies such as Aramark, Canteen, Manhattan Bagels, New World Coffee, and Drake's Bakeries. David's culinary background, managerial history and business experiences enable him to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.

The American Culinary Federation has recently recognized David as a CEC, or Certified Executive Chef. This certification is only awarded to persons who successfully completed courses in Sanitation, Nutrition, and Management, as well as pass a written exam, a practical cooking exam and document a history of employment experience equal to the level of certification granted. David is also a member of the Research Chef's Association and Institute of Food Technologists.
