Village Inn Wins Apc 2007 Top Honors

Once again, the great pies at Village Inn won several 1st Place ribbons at the 2007 National Pie Championships held in conjunction with The Great American Pie Festival in Celebration, Florida. Village Inn also participated in cooking demonstrations and one of the favorites "" The Never-Ending Pie Buffet.

Between trips to the buffet, festival attendees enjoyed pie-eating contests (by participating or cheering on contestants), baking demonstrations by professional pie makers on the Demonstration Stage, games and live entertainment "" and even the opportunity for young pie enthusiasts to make their own pie at the Crisco Kids Creation Station.

Both events were created by the American Pie Council, (www.piecouncil.org) the country's only organization committed to preserving America's pie heritage and promoting Americans"� love affair with pies.
