Howard Johnson Canada Franchise Announces New Location To Open In Airdrie, Alberta

Howard Johnson announced the addition of the Howard Johnson Inn � Airdrie, Alberta to their Canadian franchise system. The Howard Johnson Airdrie will be the fourth property to join the system in the last 4 months and the second new-build project.

This will also be the second Howard Johnson property for owner, Kirshan Mall who believes in the power of the Howard Johnson brand.

"With Howard Johnson's "Fresh Approach" the brand is headed in an exciting direction," said Mall, "when we decided to build another hotel, Howard Johnson was the obvious brand of choice; we're very excited to continue our relationship with them." Construction is schedule to begin later this year, with at target opening date of summer 2009.
