One of the hottest new concepts in family-friendly dining, Indigo Joe's Sports Pub & Restaurant, plans to open to the Houston public on Monday, June 23rd. The Houston restaurant, located at 1140 Eldridge Parkway, will mark the second Texas location for the national brand - with six more restaurants slated to open statewide in the coming years.
