Baja Fresh Opens First Restaurant Of 2009

Baja Fresh Mexican Grill has announced the grand opening of its newest franchise location in downtown San Jose, Calif. The new location opened Jan. 10.

The location is owned and operated by Farid Nikkhessal and his family, who also own the next door location of Johnny Rockets, as well as 13 other Johnny Rockets locations throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. The family also opened their only Sandella's restaurant on the opposite side of Baja Fresh.
