February brings Chicagoans the Tilted Kilt, the Hooters of Anglo-themed Pubs, and with it, the revelation that many folks will enthusiastically embrace its arrival.

If the rest of the world excels at authenticity, nightlife entrepreneurs from Las Vegas seem to have no equal when it comes to desecrating it.
