Engel & V�lkers Franchise Opens Shop In St. Petersburg

With the opening of its first residential property shop in St. Petersburg, the Engel & V�lkers franchise has now expanded into Russia. The company has announced that the new store is being run by licensee, Alexander Belyaev, and his son together with four employees. The new Engel & V�lkers outlet is located 150 metres away from the famous State Hermitage Museum and close to the Kempinski Hotel.

Furthermore, the shop will also be offering its clients premium properties from its global network. Christian V�lkers, board chairman of Engel & V�lkers AG, welcomed the new business in Russia saying it was an important step for the company.
