The program offers three different ordering categories: complimentary, food and beverage and miscellaneous. The complimentary category consists of such items as extra pillows, towels and blankets. F&B items are customized to each participating hotel and range from snacks and non-alcoholic beverages to desserts. The miscellaneous category includes such items and services as upgraded rooms, extra rollaway beds and cribs.
Several Embassy Suites hotels are also offering unique packages through the Requests Upon Arrival program. For example, the Embassy Suites-New Orleans offers a package with two coffee mugs, a cook book, postcards and Zapp's Chips and Hurricane mix. And the Mardi Gras package includes such items as beads.
Sister brands Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Doubletree Hotels also offer the Requests Upon Arrival program as well.
