Franchise's First Business Coach And Local Franchisee, Tom Breitenbach, Celebrates 3rd Anniversary

Monday, April 13, 2009

Local entrepreneur and business coach, Tom Breitenbach, is celebrating his third anniversary of helping local business owners. Breitenbach purchased the first franchise of FocalPoint, Powered by Brian Tracy, Business Coaching in 2006. Despite the "down" economy, Breitenbach's consistent clients that refuse to participate in the recession are posting record results in sales and profitability.

"Everyday is a wild ride," according to local entrepreneur Tom Breitenbach of FocalPoint Business Coaching Greater Cincinnati. This month marks the third anniversary of his business which is a critical point of achievement for any business owner.

After being downsized in 2005, Breitenbach said goodbye to the insecure and unstable corporate world and decided to strike out on his own to do what he's passionate about, helping other business professionals. He stumbled on a franchise partnership with Brian Tracy International called FocalPoint Business Coaching, bought the first franchise license, and became certified in the FocalPoint Business Coaching process. "2006 seems like a long time ago," said Breitenbach. "I've met so many business people and have had the chance to help those who had the true desire to do something they've never done before by hiring a business coach." But nothing comes without a price. Breitenbach gave up a comfortable corporate lifestyle and normal work weeks to start his business. "Frankly, after 20 years, I wanted to have a more positive impact on the business world. I bought a franchise so that I could get started more quickly and help businesses become more successful and better places to work," said Breitenbach. "It's not for everyone. But for those who enjoy helping business owners gain control of their business and watch their sales and profits grow, it's extremely rewarding." According to one of Breitenbach's clients, Don Kennedy of Handyman Matters, "Tom doesn't just go through a cookie cutter program. He uses his years of experience and gets down in the trenches with me to ensure that I stay focused on the important things. He's unlike any other business coach that I've ever met and my results have been spectacular." Breitenbach's parent company, The James Joseph Group, does business as FocalPoint Business Coaching of Greater Cincinnati. He only accepts clients that show a true willingness and ability to be coached and can be reached at 513-234-0459 or on the web at www.TheJamesJosephGroup.com.
