Tuesday, April 28, 2009

Due to rapid growth, Soccer Shots Franchising, LLC adds a new partner: former Auntie Anne's executive Justin Bredeman.

Soccer Shots Franchising, LLC is continuing its impressive growth with the announcement of the addition of a new partner: Justin Bredeman, starting May 1st 2009. Justin has 8 years of experience with Auntie Anne's pretzel franchise, most recently as National Director of Store Support where he lead a team that supported over 950 franchise units which earned over $220 million in sales. He brings with him a deep understanding of the franchise business model and has particular interest in the specific needs that Soccer Shots will have as it grows. Beyond his experience with Auntie Anne's, Justin has also owned a Soccer Shots franchise since 2005, giving him a unique and invaluable perspective to his new position. "I know this model works because I've been doing it myself for nearly 3 years, and I'm thrilled to join this team to expand our footprint and add value to our franchisees' businesses." Justin also brings his experience as the Director of Development for HOPE International, a faith-based non-profit microfinance organization. Under Justin's leadership, HOPE grew its annual donation from $3.1M to over $6M.

Soccer Shots Co-Founder Jason Webb states, "Justin will add instant value to the Soccer Shots product. He is a terrific communicator and a gifted strategic planner. His first-hand experience in franchise support with one of the world's top franchising companies plus his previous experience with Soccer Shots makes him a perfect fit for our growing organization." About Soccer Shots: Soccer Shots introduces soccer and fitness to children ages 3-8 and strives to be the premier soccer program for young boys and girls across the nation. Over the past 3 years a firm foundation has been laid to offer a sound, profitable, and sustainable business opportunity to those who love kids and the sport of soccer.

# # # Soccer Shots classes teach more than just soccer skills. We incorporate teamwork, self-esteem, and healthy living habits, making the program especially appealing to parents and school directors. It is the life skills aspect of Soccer Shots plus the unique and creative curriculum that makes us stand out from the competitors.

The founders, Jason Webb and Jeremy Sorzano, met as soccer teammates in college and played professionally. Both men wanted to share their love of soccer and their knowledge gained from years of youth coaching. Together they shaped a curriculum that was unique, creative, & focused on the developmental needs of young children. Soccer Shots was born.

Jeremy started the Soccer Shots program in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Jason opened in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. They offered soccer classes to preschools, daycare centers, and after-school programs. It was a niche market of classes for children ages 3 to 8 that introduces them to the world's greatest game: soccer!
