Mediterranean Pizzeria Concept Opens New Franchise In N. Charleston

Manny's Neighborhood Grille Franchising Co. has announced plans to open its first Manny's Mediterranean Cafe franchise in the Markets at Montague, in North Charleston. This location will feature Manny's new fast casual concept that blends pizza with other Meditteranean menu offerings in a "caf�" environment, according to a company release. Franchisee Josh Baker, a Charleston native, has more than 25 years of business experience in the Charleston area, including nine years as The Citadel's Sports Information Director. His restaurant is slated for a late April or early May opening.

"We are excited to be rolling out this new concept and are fortunate to find such a great franchisee in Baker," said Michael Stavrinakis, owner of Manny's Neighborhood Grille and Manny's Franchising Co.

Founded by Manoli "Manny" Stavrinakis, Manny's Neighborhood Grille, a family-owned and -operated Mediterranean/Greek/American restaurant, has been serving the Charleston area for 15 years.

Manny's also has a franchise location in Statesboro, Ga.
