Papa Bello Enterprises To Offer Food Court Solutions

Thursday, May 13, 2010

Papa Bello Enterprises has initiated a nationwide search for two restaurant concepts to add depth and variety to its existing restaurant offerings anchored by Papa Bello Pizza. The company's goal is to provide entire "food-court style" eateries to shopping malls, industrial complexes and large education institutions, according to a news release.

The company is requesting that companies submit their business plans to Papa Bello Enterprises through the corporate website, www.papabelloenterprises.com. Initially, Papa Bello Enterprises is interested in receiving business plans from coffee and dessert as well as hamburger-style concepts.

Papa Bello Enterprises has four brands: Papa Bello Pizza, The Kebab Cafe, Pastores and Royal India Express. CEO Jim Price said the suite solution makes sense as real estate prices rise.

"As we emerge from this economic downturn, we continue to see a resetting of commercial real estate prices," Price said. "Over the past several years, the costs per square foot to operate businesses has come down measurably and we intend to put together a product that will be very attractive to building management companies as well as educational institutions. We look forward to evaluating each new concept and company business plans."
