Aegis Appoints New President And Board Member, Paul M. Mangiamele

Mr. Mangiamele is a principal senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in franchise development, broker and distributor networks, and building and leading teams in start-up, growth and Fortune 800 environments. He has an extensive background in the restaurant, retail, hospitality and franchising industries through which he has demonstrated expertise in business building, franchise development, leadership or talent management, and Profit and Loss performance with a commitment to change management, franchise relationships, marketing innovation and customer service.

His professional designation of Certified Franchise Executive is awarded by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives, a subsidiary of the International Franchise Association's (IFA) Educational Foundation.
