Former Raving Brands Executive And Six Senses Hospitality Management Group Bring New Concepts To Ga

Six Senses Hospitality Management Group, LLC (6SHMG), an Atlanta based foodservice consulting and development company, is bringing Gandolfo's New York Delicatessen and Petro's Chili & Chips to Metro-Atlanta. 6SHMG partners, Michael Gainsley, Seth Salzman and Ron Wolf announced the development deal with Gandolfo's and Petro's CEO, Dan Pool.

Gandolfo's offers a classic deli style menu with items ranging from the freshest sandwiches to soups, salads and desserts.

"I haven't been this excited about the potential of a restaurant concept since my days at Moe's," notes Salzman. "The difference is we are not another sandwich company like Moe's was not just another burrito brand. We have an opportunity to bring back the flavor, culture and history of the New York deli through Gandolfo's. After leaving Raving Brands Salzman spent time with Stevi B's Pizza, before joining the Gandolfo's and Petro's parent company, as Chief Operating Officer.
