Livhome Sells First Franchise, Serving Chicago's Northwest Suburbs

LivHOME, Inc., one of the nation's largest providers of professionally led at-home care for seniors, announced today that it has sold its first franchise, which will serve the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

Based in Grayslake, Il., the franchise will cover a number of municipalities including Lake Forest, Waukegan and Crystal Lake. This large territory is home to more than 50,000 seniors, age 65 and older. The franchise, which will be run by Kamilia Arakelian and her husband, Berj Arakelian, is scheduled to open for business in late summer 2011.

LivHOME franchises provide a high level of care for seniors who wish to remain in their own homes. All franchises are based on LivHOME's professionally led model, in which each client's care is overseen by a professional care manager trained in nursing, geriatrics or social work.
