Wyndham Hotel Group Expands India Portfolio

Wyndham Hotel Group has inked franchise agreements for three hotels in India for the Wyndham Grand and Ramada brands.

The 154-room Wyndham Grand Agra is scheduled to open by the end of 2011. The luxury hotel will be on a property with 18 acres of landscaped gardens, near the Taj Mahal.

The 112-room Ramada Alleppey will afford views of the Punnamada River from every guestroom and offer access to the hotel via waterway, Wyndham said. The hotel is due to open in March in Alleppey, a popular tourism destination.

The 100-room Ramada Ghaziabad, B.S. Road, will be near Delhi. The hotel is due to open in March 2016.
