Planet Hollywood Group of Companies President and CEO David Crabtree announced today that Steve Heeley has joined the Earl of Sandwich brand as President and Chief Executive Officer.

"As we embark on our tremendous growth phase, I am delighted that Steve has joined the company. His vast experience with growing other brands in the fast casual restaurant segment will be key to our future success" said Mr. Crabtree. "With his strong operations and leadership background Steve has the experience and drive that will prove invaluable as we continue to grow Earl of Sandwich." Mr. Heeley possesses more than twenty years of experience developing, operating and successfully growing fast casual restaurants. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of Au Bon Pain, a fast casual bakery and caf� chain with over 300 locations. Prior to Au Bon Pain, Mr. Heeley spent seven years as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Baja Fresh Mexican Grill.
