Hilton Hotels and Resorts has come up with a way to make it easier.
The hotel chain is testing out two new room types that make it nearly impossible for you to skip your workout. Instead of taking you to the gym, Hilton is taking the gym to you.
Guests at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner and the Hilton San Francisco Union Square will now have the option of staying in a Yoga Room or Cardio Room, each with a king bed and all the equipment needed for your workout routine. The rooms are being tested out for about six months and could expand to other Hiltons.

The Yoga Room has a designated area to practice yoga. It has specialty flooring, a full-length mirror to let you check your poses, and yoga accessories including a Jala mat, cork bricks, a stretch strap, foam roller, and stability ball. All the mats are sanitized daily, but guests also get their own cleaning spray. The fridge contains complimentary coconut water.
The TV in both rooms contains instructional workout videos. Each room also has a special in-room dining menu with healthy fare such as a strawberry banana smoothie made with Greek yogurt, toasted flax seed, local Virginia honey, and almond milk for breakfast and an herb grilled chicken breast served with cinnamon baked sweet potato hash and lemon garlic broccolini for dinner.
