"Our company has a proven history of providing exemplary customer service and the best battery products available. And while we are excited to bring the quality and dependability of the Interstate Batteries brand to Louisville, we are passionate about bringing awareness and support to the organization of Supporting Heroes." franchisee Mike Sawyer said.
Supporting Heroes is a Kentucky based non-profit organization that provides support for families of those civil servants - Fire, Police, EMS - that have fallen in the line of duty. The "Heroes Supporting Heroes Family Festival" on Saturday, August 11 provides a great opportunity for people to connect with their local heroes in fun ways. There will be activities, demonstrations from K9 and Mounted Patrol, and displays representing each branch: Fire, Police, and EMS. There will be cool stuff for the whole family like bouncy houses, games, food, giveaways, and music.
"Interstate All Battery Center is proud to be serving the residents of Louisville with their battery needs and connecting with the community in such a heroic way," said Jim Eades, Interstate Batteries director of franchise development. "We look forward to building a strong foundation with customers through our outrageously dependable customer service and community involvement." Interstate All Battery Center is a fast-growing division of Interstate Batteries - the No. 1 automotive replacement battery in the country. The future is wireless, and that means portable power. Interstate All Battery Centers provide 16,000 different styles of batteries. Many of these are used in households that average 21 battery-operated devices in each home. Interstate All Battery Centers have created a dynamic relationship with retail customers and business-to-business clients that lead the industry in customer satisfaction ratings.
Grand-opening activities at the store on Friday, August 11 include a ribbon cutting, mayor proclamation, drawings, activities and recycling opportunities which proceeds will go for Supporting Heroes.
The public is invited to be a part of the grand opening festivities. Store hours for the Louisville Interstate All Battery Center are weekdays 8a-6p, Saturdays 10a-4p, closed on Sunday.
