The furniture program, created in consultation with Staples interior design and furniture solutions business, Business Interiors By Staples, combines a uniform furniture package while allowing for customization based on the size and shape of the Learning Center. Athena franchisees will receive free consultation from the Staples interior design team to help select the best furniture, design and aesthetics that meets the needs of individual locations.
"Staples large distribution chain, significant discounting on high quality furniture and supplies, and the personal attention our franchisees will receive proved to be the tipping point for us in going ahead enthusiastically with Staples," said Deven Klein, co-founder and COO, Athena Learning Centers. "Staples also solidifies our strategy to have a best-in-class vendor team that will continue to serve the best interests of our franchised network." In addition to furniture and interior design solutions, Athena franchisees will have access to the marketing and creative expertise of Staples Promotional Products, the nation's leading provider of promotional products, to help develop, manage and implement meaningful brand campaigns.
"We look forward to providing Athena franchisees with the quality and service that Staples is known for and creating the best learning environment for Athena's students," said Michael Mageros, district sales manager, Staples.
