Interstate All Battery Franchisees Get Charged Up In Dallas

Thursday, November 14, 2013

Every other year, Dallas-based battery retailer Interstate Batteries hosts Interstate All Battery Center franchisees for a weekend to discuss industry-leading business strategies with the enterprise's frontline retail and commercial sales associates. The biennial Interstate All Battery Center convention convened Nov. 8 - 10 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas with more than 350 attendees.

Since 1952, Interstate Batteries has successfully adapted to the market demands for batteries. This is especially visible through the company's franchising program and Interstate All Battery Center model established in 1998. Interstate had the vision to meet the growing demand for portable battery power and coined the mantra "Every Battery for Every Need."

"The Interstate All Battery Center franchise model is backed by our national brand that has been the No. 1 automotive replacement battery brand in America for many years," Interstate Batteries President & CEO Scott Miller said. "It is an attractive and growing franchise opportunity, and each year we enjoy meeting face to face with our franchise business partners and providing continuing support and strategies to make them successful."

Attendees at the Interstate All Battery Center convention heard Interstate Batteries experts discuss strategic marketing, targeted information gathering, optimized business-to-business strategy and retail expansion with a focus on gaining market share. Keynote speaker and expert on world-class service John DiJulius connected with the franchisees on furthering their customer service vision, and 2012 National Restaurant Association Operator Innovations Award Finalist and speaker TJ Schier shared examples of incentivizing team members.

Interstate Batteries continues to target future openings for its Interstate All Battery Center franchise locations across the United States and Canada. Interstate's proven business model includes multiple revenue opportunities, a state-of-the-art supply chain, industry-leading proprietary technology and marketing tools, and comprehensive training programs.

Interstate All Battery Center has a dynamic relationship with retail customers and business-to-business clients that lead the industry n customer satisfaction ratings. While the average household uses 21 battery-operated devices and technology continues to increase its dependence on batteries, Interstate is Powering the Things That Make Life Better.
