Proforma is also a member of VetFran, a program sponsored by the International Franchise Association to give honorably discharged veterans better incentives than other qualified investors.

The Franchise Business Review surveys thousands of franchisees each year to measure satisfaction levels related to their franchise ownership experience. Survey questions cover topics including training and support, system quality issues, franchisor relationships and financial opportunities as they relate to overall satisfaction.
