Redbrick Pizza Cafe Coming To Folsom

RedBrick Pizza Cafe is entering the Sacramento region with a location in Folsom.

General manager Al Castillo said he hopes to open the restaurant within the next two months. It's at 2379 Iron Point Road, Suite 110, in the Folsom Gateway shopping center near Folsom's Palladio at Broadstone.

The restaurant's pizzas are cooked in a 1,000-degree oven and bake in approximately three minutes. In addition to gourmet pizzas, the casual-dining restaurant serves salads and "Fhazanis" (flatbread sandwiches). An online menu lists gourmet pizza varieties ranging from Thai chicken to bacon cheeseburger.

RedBrick's corporate office is in Texas. Its website lists seven locations that are currently open and 11 locations, not including Folsom, that are coming soon.

RedBrick operates in California, Texas, New Mexico, Florida and Alabama.
