Browns Socialhouse Wins Gold At Canadian Franchise Association Awards

Browns Socialhouse, the fastest growing franchise restaurant chain in Canada, has been awarded gold - the highest prize of excellence -by the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) at the annual gala celebrating the Awards of Excellence in Franchising.

Offering a premium casual dining experience complete with high quality food in a vibrant and approachable, local pub-feeling environment, Browns Restaurant Group has 27 premium casual restaurants open to date, of which there are 23 Browns Socialhouses across Western Canada. This success has now been nationally recognized as Browns Restaurant Group was awarded the Gold in the category of 'New/Emerging Franchises', at the 2014 CFA Awards of Excellence in Franchising on April 7th.

The Awards are presented annually to franchise brands that have demonstrated a dedication to superior franchisee relations, teamwork and communications. To be considered for the CFA Awards of Excellence in Franchising, franchise systems must participate in a confidential electronic survey where franchisees are asked to rate their franchisor in areas such as leadership, training, support,communication, operations and marketing.
