Stratus Building Solutions, a nationwide franchise company in the Commercial Cleaning Services industry, previously based in St. Louis, MO, has changed ownership. The acquisition of Stratus Building Solutions was completed the beginning of February 2015. Three business partners Afshin Cangarlu, CEO, Foad Rekabi, CTO and Channen Smith, COO purchased the company and relocated the headquarters to Los Angeles, California. The three investors are current owners of numerous, successful Stratus Master Franchises across the country since 2008.

The new corporate ownership is determined to reestablish Stratus to its former glory.
