Stratus Building Solutions First Annual National Franchise Convention Under New Ownership a Success

After the acquisition of Stratus Building Solutions was completed February 2015, the new ownership invited all existing Master Franchises to Los Angeles, CA for their first annual National Convention. New owners Afshin Cangarlu, CEO, Foad Rekabi, CTO and Channen Smith, COO, who all are current owners of their own master franchises, knew the importance of bringing everyone together during this monumental moment.

"This is a new year with a new beginning for our company. The new management team is fully onboard to support the franchises and pave the road for the future growth of the company. At the National Convention, the new owners presented their comprehensive plan to put Stratus Building Solutions back on track and revive its commitment for growth. The sessions included introduction of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) custom software to help the master franchise offices manage their entire businesses from sales to operations; this new program is currently active in seven master franchise offices and to be installed in the remaining through the summer. In addition, the new Stratus corporate office has plans for marketing and re-branding the company, and demonstrated dedication to provide the best support possible to its franchises.

Once a company stricken by negative publicity, during the convention Franchise members displayed enthusiasm for the changes to come and the forward movement for growth.
