Territories targeted for immediate expansion include all major metro markets in 28 States: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, DE, DC, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MA, MS, MO, MT, NV, NH, NJ, NM, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WY.
Founders Aaron Marshall and Nate Tew own several businesses along the Wasatch Front, including Keyrenter Property Management. They currently employ 7 people to manage over 400 individual properties. They also provide 24/7 customer service and emergency support to approximately 700 tenants and property owners on a daily basis.
When asked how they are able to handle so many properties with so few people, CEO Aaron Marshall says, "We've changed the face of property management through automation and technology. Through our website, and the use of mobile applications, we've engineered systems that save our clients and employees time, stress and money. " According to Aaron, Keyrenter has competitive advantages that will make it difficult for mom-and-pop shops and other franchises to compete. "Tenants appreciate the 24/7 immediate access to us and our properties, while property owners love the increased return on their investment." On the decision to franchise Aaron says, "The timing couldn't be better. Investors are scooping up single family dwellings and rental properties are on the rise. The economy has created a meteoric business trend for property managers in a booming industry and I see no signs of decline." There are currently three Keyrenter owned businesses in Utah. Aggressive expansion plans call for ten new franchises over the next ninety days.
