Vitality Bowls opening in Miami, FL

Vitality Bowls, renowned for its dynamic cafe vibe and antioxidant-packed menu filled with a wide selection of acaí bowls, fresh juices, smoothies as well as exclusive superfood coffee drinks, has signed a lease to open its first cafe in Miami.

Vice president of operations Uriah Blum, who is guiding the brands"� entry into the Miami market, is planning for a January 2016 opening at the Fifth & Alton Shopping Center. Conveniently situated at the busy intersection of 5th St and Lenox Ave, local residents, professionals and students will have easy access to healthier food options while out and about.

"The fresh ingredients and superfoods that Vitality Bowls offers are unlike any other fast-casual eatery options in the Miami area," said Tara Gilad, CEO and co-founder of Vitality Bowls. "Everyone's first bite of an acaí bowl at Vitality Bowls is a game-changer. We want to bring that same experience to Miami."

Originating in Northern California and specializing in açaí bowls that feature a thick blend of the Amazon's antioxidant-rich berry, topped with a variety of superfoods "" Vitality Bowls has solidified itself as America's superfood cafe. All items on the menu are made to order for each customer and are prepared in a kitchen to avoid cross contamination so customers with food allergies can feel safe about eating at Vitality Bowls. No ingredient fillers such as ice, frozen yogurt, added sugar or artificial preservatives are used, giving the purest taste possible to each menu item.

The menu features a variety of options, such as the Energy Bowl (with organic acaí, goji berries and bee pollen), the Dragon Bowl (featuring organic pitaya, coconut milk and bananas) and the signature Vitality Bowl (with organic acaí, strawberries and honey). Additionally, the brand recently announced exclusive additions to its kids menu. Plus, fresh juices, organic soups, panini and salads are available in each cafe.

The eatery will also include a full-service coffee bar, complete with espresso and superfood drinks that are packed with antioxidant-rich acaí, pitaya and matcha "" for example, the Acaí Latte (espresso, acaí, coconut sugar, steamed almond milk) or the Superfood Mocha (espresso, CaCoCo superfood chocolate blend, steamed milk). Organic cold brew nitrogen-poured coffee and organic kombucha will also be available on-tap.

There are currently 19 Vitality Bowls restaurants across the United States with 20-plus franchise units under development.
