The Motto Franchising, LLC brand continues to innovate the mortgage industry and garner attention for its growth. Recently, Entrepreneur magazine named Motto Mortgage as one of the top new franchise brands in 2019.
The ranking of 100 franchises placed Motto Franchising, LLC near the top half of the list, with an overall ranking of 56. This marks the first year the franchisor has been included in the annual list of top companies that have been franchising for five years or less.
With over 100 franchises sold and nearly 90 offices open in 30 states, Motto Franchising, LLC's unique national franchise mortgage brokerage model is the first of its kind in the United States. Motto Mortgage was established in October 2016 and sold 50 franchises in its inaugural year in business, and sold the 100th Motto Mortgage franchise just 23 months after its launch. The growing network of Motto Mortgage brokerages is built on exceptional service, a better customer experience and, in many cases, the convenience of having loan originators in close proximity to real estate offices.

Entrepreneur will publish its latest "Top New" list in its April 2019 issue. The rankings were based on Entrepreneur magazine's analysis of franchise disclosure and related documents dated Aug. 2017 to July 2018 of 274 participating franchise systems open for five years or less as of July 31, 2018.They examined 150 data points, including costs, fees, size, growth, franchise support, brand strength and financial strength and stability.
Motto Franchising was also recently named as a 2019 Fastest-Growing-Franchise by Entrepreneur Magazine, ranking in the top half of the list at No. 72. The brand received additional accolades last year when Franchise Grade named Motto Mortgage among the top 1 percent fastest-growing emerging franchises in 2018, according to an analysis of over 2,500 franchise systems.
