International DanceSport Studios are award winning franchised ballroom dance studios founded and directed by Carlos Manuel Gutierrez Jr. since 1995. Mr. Gutierrez is a renowned producer and a world class, award winning, ballroom dance teacher. In addition to operating IDS, he owns and produces an international open ballroom dance championship, Mexico Open, which is held annually in Cancun, Mexico. Mr. Gutierrez is also the founder and president of LAWDSC, Latin America World DanceSport Council, a world dance council that promotes ballroom dancing as a sport on an athletic level as well as a form of art, and an exercising outlet. In IDS, we specialize in individual training of both professional and amateur dancers. We accept single students, couples, as well as students who desire special event oriented training, such as wedding and prom preparations. Every one of our programs is individually designed to meet each of our student's personal needs. Our students do not need any prior experience or knowledge, we accept students of any level and we provide training up to Gold Level, and anything in between, as well as physical therapy training. We know that every student has a specific goal in mind when it comes to their training and we believe that our personal training system accompanied with our private instructors are the best tools to truly tend to those needs and desires.
Engineering for Kids offers a suite of programs for children ages 4 to 14 introducing them to science, technology, engineering and math through a variety of workshops all aimed at developing problem solving skills. Programs include after school programs, evening classes, in-school field trips, workshops, birthday parties, home-school programs, scouts workshops, and pre-school programs.
In order to impact as many youth as possible, Engineering for Kids began franchising as a way to spread the program across the country. Engineering for Kids presents a low-barrier opportunity with room to grow, as the brand plans to add between 50-60 new locations in 2013. Our franchisees share Roberts' passion for the program, understanding the need for STEM education.
An ideal Engineering for Kids franchisee is someone who is well connected in their community, a parent, or an individual who has a passion for educating children.
