The company currently has 77 restaurants opened or under development in the states of Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. There are 14 Eatza Pizza restaurants currently operating or planned in the greater Phoenix area.

    Unable to find great quality, authentic pizza in Toronto, Luigi opened Pizzaiolo in November 2000. His mission, "I want people to know what a great pizza tastes like”.
    We started Pizzaiolo because of our "Love of Food”, and to this day, we are incredibly proud of our heritage and the fact we have not changed the quality of our pizza.
