Since 2004, we have been providing our clients with a full line of reliable services and we have continued to grow, serving a larger market with new trucks and additional well-trained crews from our corporate headquarters in New York City.
Our services afford our clients peace of mind as each of them can rest assured that we will do a professional job loading and removing junk, furniture and other large items. We offer an environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional junk haulers by donating usable items to local charities and recycling centers.
Launching our franchising process in 2012 has been part of a 2-year plan to develop new territories with franchised business locations. We are fully prepared to offer you, as a franchisee, all the support, systems and a proven brand that you undoubtedly expect when you choose to go into business for yourself but not by yourself.
We are now expanding beyond our New York tri-state area with a focus on developing and partnering with franchise owners in new Junkluggers business areas across the US.
As of early 2013, we have immediate availability for some New York, Connecticut and New Jersey markets in established territories and are offering these at no additional fee.
Of course, the business model is supported anywhere people live or work, wherever there is “junk” that people need removed from their homes or businesses. Additionally, we offer customers the ease of scheduling via phone or our web-based online booking form. Since we have this streamlined booking system, we can support our franchise system with our call center where we manage every single booking, customer concerns and follow up questions about the status of donations.
