Training | On-The-Job Training: 8 hours Classroom Training: 32 hours Additional Training: Annually at conference & franchisee's location | We provide a comprehensive, in-class and in-field, 1 week training program at our corporate office. Training will cover operational procedures, accounting system, inventory control, job descriptions and hiring practices, advertising, sales, marketing, and quality standards. Pre-Opening: In the weeks leading up to your grand opening, we help you attend to many general business tasks, including site selection, setting up bank accounts, purchasing equipment, obtaining required licenses and permits, securing the necessary services and insurance, and creating a plan to market your business in your local area. Opening Day: We will be onsite to provide training and support for you and your staff during your first week of operation.
