About Fast & Friendly Floorcare

Fast & Friendly was initially a cleaning service - providing residential maid service and commercial office cleaning. So many of our customers asked us to clean their carpets that we decided to offer carpet cleaning. Once we started doing carpet cleaning, customers were asking us to clean their tile floors, thus, the beginning of Fast & Friendly Floorcare. Over the next few years we traveled all around the country, taking classes, attending seminars, going to conventions to learn about floor care. Then, practicing on friends and family. In 1995, we started Fast & Friendly Floorcare in a spare bedroom, with a well-used van, a vacuum cleaner bought at the flea market, a five year old floor buffer and an upholstery cleaning machine. After a lot of hard work, some trial and error, and a bit of good luck, we now have a comfortable office, secretary, employees, multiple vans and lots of state of the art equipment. And now, we do only floors….and upholstery cleaning. In addition, in 2007, we began offering franchise opportunities to qualified, motivated people - where we share our knowledge, expertise, and our marketing and management success systems beginning with 2 weeks of training at our headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale Florida, and continued support 24/7.
