| Training | You will be trained at our Calgary, AB training center. The 2 week training session is conducted by seasoned technicians who have all owned and operated their own Fibrenew Franchise. All told, our instructors have over over 50 years of combined knowledge. The training center is set up to facilitate hands-on instruction and practice of the many techniques our technicians use in the field everyday, including: * repair techniques * color identification * material identification * business operations * marketing and sales * communications On-The-Job Training: 12 weeks Classroom Training: 80+ hours | Bi-annual operator certification by franchisor as well as On-The-Job Training: 40-120 hours Classroom Training: 40 hours |
| Support | Fibrenew offers live training and meetings on a regular basis and requires all franchise owners to attend. Besides their educational value, these conventions, seminars and workshops offer everyone an opportunity to meet, network and share valuable business experiences. Our dedicated support staff provides our franchisees with expert field assistance, whether it be a question with a repair, color matching, products, business operations or administration. CRC Concrete Raising Corporation has been in the concrete raising business since 1947, educating and training individuals on the fundamental technique of raising and stabilizing concrete in the residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, governmental, and even new construction markets.
In 1995, Concrete Raising of America, Inc. was established with the venue of forming business associations around the United States, and ultimately on an international basis. Since its inception, Concrete Raising of America has actively shared the elements of successful grouting applications, including raising and stabilizing concrete, through its establishment of Franchise locations.
Through years of on-the-job experience and testing, Concrete Raising has worked to provide engineered materials via the most efficient state-of-the-art equipment available. This equipment, including volumetric mobile mixers and hydraulic grout pumps has been further engineered by Concrete Raising of America to increase productivity. All modifications to the equipment used by Concrete Raising of America are proprietary, and only available to CRC Concrete Raising Franchise locations.
