Training | You will be trained at our Calgary, AB training center. The 2 week training session is conducted by seasoned technicians who have all owned and operated their own Fibrenew Franchise. All told, our instructors have over over 50 years of combined knowledge. The training center is set up to facilitate hands-on instruction and practice of the many techniques our technicians use in the field everyday, including: * repair techniques * color identification * material identification * business operations * marketing and sales * communications On-The-Job Training: 12 weeks Classroom Training: 80+ hours | Held at our Corporate Headquarters in Pottstown, PA. This comprehensive 2 week training program will take you through every facet of the business. WHAT WE DO
Pathetic Medic repairs and rejuvenates vehicle interiors, saving owners and car dealers thousands in replacement costs. We totally eliminate odors of all types including smoke. We remove all stains throughout the interior, bringing carpets, seats, side panels and more, back to life. Pathetic Medic repairs stone damaged windshields as well as exterior trim in addition to total interior repairs making us truly, one of-a-kind.
DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDIC
Bringing things back to life is very rewarding. A medic starts his/her day inspecting their customer's used car inventory on their established route. A list of needed repairs is given to the management for approval. The repairs are completed and the customer invoiced. Medics then move on to their next customer. Most Medics work full time, but, being your own boss, you will set your hours.
