In 1992, Bret Chandler remodeled an abandoned home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, turning it into the first Rib Crib restaurant. Though Rib Cribs are no longer located in old homes, they retain the look of a ranch house, complete with Western-themed decor. Rib Crib's menu includes ribs, chicken, ham and appetizers such as potato skins and nachos, available for dining in or catering.
With more locations than any other upscale steakhouse, our excellent service, genuine hospitality and signature sizzle is recognized by customers worldwide. The recipe is brilliantly simple: we deliver the best steak experience one memorable meal at a time, each and every time. Just like our fearless founder, Ruth Fertel, did all those years ago. Sometimes it's good to be picky: As a publicly held company with over 130 successful locations, we've worked with diverse partners to position our steak houses in unique locations. You'll find us in major hotels, casinos, prime corners of high-end malls, the most visited downtown areas - even in Boston's venerable Old City Hall. Only the very best will do: The people you want to attract to your next development - upscale, tasteful and loyal - all know what to expect from the Ruth's Chris Steak House experience. They look to us for our inviting atmosphere, award-winning wine list, USDA Prime steaks, homemade dishes and quality ingredients. 1800 broiler. 180 difference: Our USDA Prime steaks are prepared in a special 1800 broiler to seal in the juices and lock in that delicious flavor. We bring that same special sizzle to every location we call home.
