The Original Italian Pie has two models for franchising. Our Full Service model is 2500-4000 square feet with a start up cost range between $328K-$617.5K Our New The Original Italian Pie 2GO model is much smaller, requiring 1400-2000 square feet and a start up cost range between $200K-$275K. Here at "The Pie" we are currently seeking qualified individuals or groups to be a part of our growing franchise community

Strings Restaurant Group was incorporated in July of 1999 with the mission to offer great Italian food at a very affordable price to our customers. With items ranging from pizzas and pastas to more gourmet items such as Cioppino and Veal Marsala, we are confident that we can provide a fantastic meal for everyone. Our subsidiary, Strings Franchises Inc., is currently accepting applications for some of our strategic locations.
