Of course, we know a good thing when we see it (and eat it), and Berryhill Baja Grills blend of palate-pleasing cuisine in a relaxed, inviting Baja-inspired atmosphere is a hit. Our franchising system is based on the belief that our success is dependent upon the success of those in our family. That means we take pride in building solid partnerships with our franchisees, vendors, and employees. Our selection of prospective franchisees is based on an assessment of overall business experience and personal qualifications. We look for enthusiastic individuals with experience and resources to develop multiple-unit operations in the United States and beyond. While our focus is on multi-unit development, single-unit development is considered on an individual basis.
Gourmet Gringos has created a unique franchise model that allows for the franchisee to choose their level of investment and the scale of the franchise they wish to operate.Gourmet Gringos Mexican Express (small to medium locations) The Gourmet Gringos Mexican Express locations are for stores which are under 1500 square feet. The benefit of owning an Express location is that we have created a simple menu which still appeals to our clients however, it does not require all the equipment and square footage as a regular Gourmet Gringos Mexican kitchen. Gourmet Gringos Mexican Kitchen (medium to large locations)Gourmet Gringos Mexican Kitchen is a unique new concept for a franchise model, which capitalizes on both the take-out and sit down restaurant concept allowing the franchisee to benefit from both the lunch and dinner crowd. We believe are Gourmet Gringos Mexican Kitchen Franchise Model is so unique that it’s revolutionary; offering more than just tacos and burritos in a casual, take-out atmosphere with minimal seating. Gourmet Gringos has taken this traditional concept to a different level. At lunch we will offer the grab and go gourmet burrito and taco bar concept to appeal to the lunch crowd. However, after lunch Gourmet Gringos will convert to a full sit-down Mexican restaurant (LLBO) appealing to the dinner crowd. Take out will still be available, however the dinner menu will be dine-in only. The dinner menu will be an extension of the lunch menu with the addition of sides, entrees, mains and desserts.
