Specialty treatments and spa packages and an event menu are also available. Pricing varies from location to location. We look for people who are passionate about wellness and take a hands-on approach to building their business. We also look for people who are involved in their local community. You have to meet our minimum financial requirements in order to qualify for The Woodhouse franchise. If this describes you, then let's get started.

    The total investment necessary to begin operation of one Woodhouse Spa is between $808,250 and $985,000. This includes $102,500 that must be paid to the franchisor and/or their affiliate(s).
    If you sign a Development Agreement, you must also pay a development fee equal to $48,000 for the first Spa to be developed plus 50% of the initial franchise fee for each additional Spa to be developed. The pro rata portion of the development fee allocable to each Spa will be credited against the initial franchise fee due for that Spa.
