The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Dogtopia franchise ranges from $668,298 to $1,444,264. This includes $76,820 to $102,900 that must be paid to the franchisor and their affiliates.
If you are a conversion franchisee (i.e., you are converting an existing dog daycare facility to your Dogtopia facility), then the total investment necessary to begin operation of a Dogtopia franchise ranges from $331,070 to $806,885. This includes $56,620 to $72,700 that must be paid to the franchisor and their affiliates. The transfer fee is 50% of the franchise fee
