3 Tomatoes & a Mozzarella is a unique Tuscan-inspired restaurant with locations in Scottsdale, Arizona, Owasso, Oklahoma and coming soon to Las Vegas, Nevada. 3 Tomatoes and a Mozzarella offers mouth-watering pizzas as well as delicious paninis, tasty pastas, fresh salads and scrumptious desserts. Ingredients are brought in daily so everything is fresh. Most of the ingredients are sautéed or roasted before being incorporated onto our pizzas and pastas. Everything we serve is prepared in our kitchen. We prepare all of our own pizza and pasta sauces, pizza dough and breads, salad dressings, and desserts. In 1978, Bob Rotunda went to the races and put all his money on a horse named Snappy Tomato. The horse won. Rotunda took his winnings and opened the first Snappy Tomato Pizza that year. The company began franchising three years later.
Today Snappy Tomato Pizza has locations across the United States, Canada and Great Britain serving pizza, hoagies, salads and appetizers.
