Lapels Dry Cleaning has not only pioneered an innovative dry cleaning store concept but has gone one step further with the establishment of trend setting Quality Control and Wholesaler Liaison positions that are filled by Lapels franchisees, the people at the store level who have day-to-day, hands-on knowledge of what the customer wants.
Evans Garment Restoration, LLC, is a national textile, garment and soft goods restoration franchise that has developed three proprietary processes including the industry's only patented process (U.S. Patent # 7,141,124 B2). This process utilizes special equipment, cleaning agents and procedures that allow Evans to successfully restore up to twice as many garments as the typical dry cleaner. Unlike companies that "cherry pick" the easy to clean items and then claim high success rates, Evans takes all affected items and successfully restores 92-93% of them. Evans also utilizes a state-of-the-art inventory control system, has one point of contact on every claim from start to finish, delivers emergency clothes the next day and restores more so claims cost less.
