    Cool Factory Parlor features a standard menu of superior ice cream and coffee. Cool Factory has more than 55 flavors of ice cream, various different tastes of coffee and yogurt, and we are continually looking to expand our flavor selection with new ice blended drinks and inventive taste offerings with our ice cream, yogurt and coffee licensor/vendor. The customers can special order a combination of ice cream and coffee, which are individually prepared to order in the Parlor. We may also authorize or require that special drinks, pastries and other food and beverage items be added to Parlor menus.

    In 1934 Tom Carvel opened his first ice cream shop in Hartsdale, New York. Over the years, he developed formulas and equipment for creating and serving his ice cream. The company started franchising in 1947, and by 1951 had opened 100 stores.
