The franchisee may attend the initial training as an individual, with their spouse, or with a registered franchise partner without charge. The sniferz corporation will provide on-going training to introduce new services and equipment, to review sales and marketing practices, and to discuss other topics that are relevant to the sniferz franchise system. On-going training classes may be held on a regional or national basis, as determined by the corporation. Additional and continual training is offered via scheduled teleconference training, Internet based training and an open-line to corporate trainers. |

About BearCom Building Services
Dennis and Jill Jenkins, parents of nine children, started their first cleaning business in Billings, Montana, in 1971. Eight years later, after expanding their business through Montana, Missouri, Utah and Kansas, the Jenkins officially founded Laser Chem Commercial Cleaning. In 2004, the company changed its name to BearCom Building Services.
Today the company, now lead by son Michael, offers janitorial services to commercial customers across the United States.

Each of the founding partners of OdorOut, Inc. possesses extensive experience in the odor abatement and indoor air purification industry. They recognized the need and potential for a service that could effectively control odors in the residential, commercial, and transportation markets. They acknowledged that odor abatement was not being adequately addressed. This led to the development of sniferz; an odor abatement service that would meet the needs of the marketplace and create a franchise opportunity for individuals and families across the nation.
