"I couldn't believe how many there are - countless thousands! And I was amazed at their efficiency - even little mom-and-pop-owned-and-operated noodle restaurants were thriving, humming at all hours". An open kitchen with a Teppan Grill is the center stage for The Noodle People, cooking dishes emanating from China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore & Korea.
