    Stuart Davis opened his first City Wok in 1990, working extensively with Hing Fan Chan, an executive chef trained in Kowloon, China. While other restaurants may water down, Americanize or over-expand their menus to appeal to the masses, Davis created the City Wok concept from his desire to deliver authentic Chinese dishes in a style that appeals to Americans.

    Vie and Nam's idea depends on serving the most prevalent Vietnamese dishes in a stylish environment at a sensible cost. The all around enjoyed "Phò" soup, made of a fragrant juices prepared with star anise and cinnamon that has stewed for quite a long time, is one of our claims to fame. Unexpectedly, our dishes are set up with the freshest fixings.

    The contrast between the Vietnamese food and other oriental cooking styles is in the straightforward fixings that are utilized, alongside the sound method for setting them up. We offer barbecued meats prepared with lemon grass and presented with rice or vermicelli, our customary or fiery soup and our renowned fledgling's home made of fresh noodles and crunchy vegetables, and in addition our delectable bánh mì sandwich.
