Mandarin franchisees must work for at least one year in one of our restaurants. Upon favourable recommendation, potential applicants will then be admitted to the training program at the corporate headquarters. Franchisees are selected from this pool of applicants.

Founded in 2003, Tin Drum was created to reflect the bustling street-side cafes found throughout Asia. With the limited service operating model of fast casual and the dining experience of full casual, Tin Drum Asia Cafe is setting a new standard for the Fast Casual Dining franchise model. We call it "Fresh Casual."
